The Accommodation
Old St. Michaels was built around 1880 and for the longest time was the Manse for St. Michaels Church in Crieff. At the time it was situated on the very edge of the small market town with a large Orchard attached. Those days are gone, but what remains is the beautiful craftsmanship and many unique features that give the flat a touch of luxury.
The ground-floor holiday flat uses the main stately entrance and has generously proportioned rooms, high ceilings and ornate cornices. The decor is a mix of traditional with many antiques and the comfort of modern life. There are many personal touches throughout to make it feel like a home from home and a great place for a holiday.

The Rooms
The Living Room
To the right is the very spacious living room with bay-window, beautiful cornicing and living-flame gas fire. The bay-window acts as a real suntrap and the fire is ideal for cosy nights in. The smart TV allows you to use your own Netflix account. There is a large selection of books, some DVDs and a wealth of information on things to do as well as walk descriptions and local OS maps.
Country Style Dining Kitchen
The country-style kitchen with butler sink is spacious, very well equipped for self catering and is a great place to enjoy a meal and chat around the big central table. There is everything you need to cook a delicious 3 course meal or just heat up a carry out if the fancy takes you.
There is also a highchair for the little ones.
The Master Bedroom
A generous master bedroom with big windows contains a beautiful king-size four poster bed and an extra day bed, so the room can also be used as a twin or family room.
An old antique wardrobe as well as an antique dressing table provide ample storage and let you move in quickly.
The Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom contains two single beds and is also a very comfortable size. You can chill on the sofa if you feel like withdrawing. Two built-in cupboards and a beautiful antique chest of drawers make storage easy.
The Bathroom
At the back of the house is a cosy bathroom which has recently been completely refurbished with wood flooring, large heated towel rail, WC, roomy shower and separate bath.
One hand and bath towel per person are provided.
The Garden
Our garden is well stocked. There is always something in flower from January to November. Part of it is designated for residents’ use and garden furniture is provided.
